1. Project-Based Services

All our website and software development projects are customized to each client’s unique requirements. Because of this, refunds are limited and only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.

A. Eligibility for Refund

A client may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The project has not yet started and no design, coding, or development work has been performed.
  • A written cancellation request is made within 3 business days of the initial payment.
  • The company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services or project deliverables as outlined in the signed proposal or agreement, and the issue remains unresolved after reasonable communication.

B. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project is in progress or partially completed.
  • The client has approved the initial design, layout, or concept and the development phase has begun.
  • The delay or dissatisfaction arises due to lack of communication, incomplete information, or delays from the client’s side.
  • Services such as domain registration, hosting, third-party integrations, or licenses have already been purchased on behalf of the client.
  • The client changes their mind, cancels the project after approval, or decides to discontinue the service for personal/business reasons.

C. Completed Projects

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
We do, however, offer post-launch support and assistance to resolve any technical issues related to the services delivered.


2. Monthly Maintenance or Subscription Services

For ongoing website maintenance, SEO, or support plans:

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Partial refunds are not available for unused days within a billing period.
  • If a technical issue occurs due to an error on our side, we will fix it at no extra charge.

3. Digital Products and Software Licenses

If Reid Next Gen Software LLC provides any digital tools, software products, or downloadable materials, please note:

  • All digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • In the event of a technical error preventing access or download, our support team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.

4. Payment Disputes

Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through mutual communication.

Filing an unnecessary dispute may result in suspension of ongoing services and project delays.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
  • The amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • All refunds will exclude any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment gateways.
